Shipping Policy

Orders will ship weekly. Please allow three to four weeks from the date your order is placed to receive your product. Orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Order status information will be provided via email. If products are on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by email.

You can modify, cancel or receive updates on your order by emailing customerservice@techniart.com.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

As of June 1, 2020, TechniArt Incorporated no longer will reship lost or stolen shipments.

If you do not receive your package, contact the carrier. If they are not able to locate your shipment or assist you, our customer service team can help direct you on how to process a claim to receive the lost value of your order. We recommend filing a police report for the lost shipment in addition.
